He obtained a bachelor's degree with distinction from the Department of Sharia at Imam Muhammad ibn Saud Islamic University and a master's degree in legal studies with distinction from the Higher Judicial Institute. He has over fifteen years of extensive experience in the field of Islamic Sharia and the laws of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia. He served as a judge in the general courts of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia. He works as a lawyer and a Sharia and legal advisor to several entities and authorities. He speaks both Arabic and English. He has extensive experience in many fields, including Islamic finance, real estate, estate, commercial and corporate matters, banking matters, capital markets, real estate funds, and related investment funds.

He holds Bachelor of Islamic Sharia from the Emam Mohamed bin Saud Islamic University. He holds also Master of Legislations from the High Judicial Institute. Mohamed has experience in the judicial issues and legislations. He worked in a number of courts including the General Court of Riyadh, the Commercial Court of Riyadh, the Criminal Court of Riyadh, Court of Personal Affairs in addition to the head of the Court of Enforcement and other judicial circuits. He held the post of director of litigation department in a big law firm. Mohamed is a member of the work team of Ibrahim Alhaidar Law Firm.

Mohamed bin Abdulrahman Almuhawwislawyer

Lawyer, licensed by the Ministry of Justice, with experience in providing specialized legal consultations, drafting statements, pleading before courts of different levels; in addition to representing the clients before judicial and quasi-judicial authorities inside and outside the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia. Holding a university degree in Sharia and legal studies from a recognized Saudi university, specializing in jurisprudence of transactions, personal statusaffaris, and regulations derived from Islamic Sharia, which qualifies him to work efficiently in different fields of law, judiciary, legal departments, and justice sectors.

Waleed holds the degree of Bachelor of Laws from Mansoura University, Arab Republic of Egypt, which he obtained in 2008. He practiced law and legal consultation services for more than fifteen years. He worked first in the Arab Republic of Egypt as a legal consultant in a company before joing the work team of Alhaidar Law Firm. He is providing consultation and legal services in different fields including real estate cases, division of inheritance, commercial, corporate and labor cases. His practice included also drafting of contracts and legal statements.

Fahad holds the degree of Bachelor of Law from King Saud University with Excellent Grade. He attended legal courses in corporate and advanced contract applications. He had been working at the Board of Grievances before joining Ibrahim Al-Haidar Law Firm as a trainee.

Mohamed Abdullah holds Computer Sciences Diploma and attended courses in designing and printing. He has vast experience in computer systems, secretariat and the laws of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia. Mohamed worked as a secretary in a number of companies and he is cooperating with the King Abdulaziz Public Library (Encyclopedia of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia). He worked in a number of magazines, and then he moved to one of the major Saudi newspapers. He worked in major law firms in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia. Mohamed joined Ibrahim Alhaidar Law Firm as the Manager of Administrative Support.

He also obtained a higher diploma from the University of Juba in Business Administration and Master of Business Administration with excellent grade from Omdurman Islamic University. Hesham enjoys vast experience of extending for more than twenty years in the field of accounts, administrative accounting and costing. Hesham worked in the post of financial manager for a number of companies in Sudan and the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia. Hesham has high recognized experience in accounts, budgeting, closing accounts and balance sheets.
